King's Lynn Youth News - The central place for all things youth in west Norfolk

Today we are launching King's Lynn Youth News, a youth-led platform thats brings everything connected to young people in West Norfolk in to one place. King's Lynn is full of young people doing brilliant things - it's about time those stories had a proper home.

KLYN will be the central place where we will share local stories, spotlight opportunities, celebrate achievements, with young people talking honestly about the issues that matter to them. We want young people to be heard, respected and to feel relevant. KLYN is a community youth news platform shaped by the voices of young people. It will feature content created, not just FOR young people, but BY young people, supporting them through structured sessions that help them learn new skills while telling stories they care about.

It's positive, it's honest, and it's grounded in what life actually looks like for young people. There is a lot in media regarding young people and the issues they face - but it is not always told by them or the people that really know them, and not always with the full picture. KLYN is about balance and truth, the challenges and the strengths, the problems and the solutions, the headlines and the people behind them.
