By making a donation to King’s Lynn Youth News (KLYN), you agree to the following terms and conditions
About Us
King’s Lynn Youth News (KLYN) is a youth-focused initiative supporting young people in King’s Lynn and West Norfolk through media, storytelling, and community-based opportunities.
2. Use of Donations
All donations are used to support the aims and activities of KLYN, including but not limited to:
youth-led projects and opportunities
media and storytelling initiatives
outreach and engagement work
equipment and resources
website and platform costs
Donations are not restricted unless explicitly agreed in writing. KLYN retains full discretion over how funds are allocated in line with its objectives.
3. Voluntary Contributions
All donations are made voluntarily and without expectation of goods, services, or financial return.
4. Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable.
However, refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances (for example, accidental duplicate payments or clear errors). Requests must be made within 14 days of the donation by contacting us at [insert email].
KLYN reserves the right to refuse refund requests where appropriate.
5. Payments and Processing
Donations are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
By donating, you also agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider.
KLYN does not store or have access to your full payment details.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
Any personal information provided in connection with a donation will be handled in accordance with UK data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Your information will only be used for:

7. Gift Aid (if applicable)
Gift Aid is only available where KLYN is recognised by HMRC as an eligible organisation.
If applicable, donors must ensure they meet HMRC requirements before selecting any Gift Aid option.
